GYMGUYZ Eastside & South King County is seeking a Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of personal trainers delivering on-site sessions to clients in homes, offices, and community spaces. You will mentor trainers, drive results, and shape the future of fitness in your community.

Qualifications

3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
Certified Personal Trainer with an accredited organization.
CPR/AED certified is required.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
