Overview

The Boat House of Naples Service Department is looking for an experienced Mobile Marine technician to join the team.

All candidates are REQUIRED to have previous Marine Engines & Boat Repair Experience in a marine dealership environment. We offer a competitive package with the potential to earn 60-80K for certified technicians. The Boat House will help you achieve Master Certification while paying competitive wages.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and repair services on marine engines, propulsion systems, and related components.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on a variety of marine vessels.
• Perform installations, upgrades, and modifications to enhance the performance of marine systems.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including parts used and work performed.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Marine Technician with expertise in marine engine systems, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems.
• Strong knowledge of various marine vessels, including boats, yachts, and other watercraft.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in diverse environments.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel to different locations for on-site services.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• 3+ years in a service and repair department for this role (as stated by the employer).
