VitalCheck Wellness seeks a dependable Radiology Patient & Administrative Coordinator to support a mobile mammography program in Illinois. This non-clinical role helps with patient check-in, scheduling, paperwork, and patient flow, ensuring smooth imaging workflows.

The assignment spans roughly 11–13 weeks, with travel between Springfield and the Chicago metro area. Lodging and travel support are provided according to policy to ease program coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of administrative/front-desk or scheduling experience preferred.
• Experience in medical offices or radiology settings strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR/RIS and scheduling systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and assist with the check-in process.
• Verify patient appointments and demographics.
• Provide required registration and medical history forms.
• Review paperwork for completeness and follow up on missing information.
• Maintain patient records and ensure privacy.
