Job summary

A leading real estate services firm is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations in Louisville, KY. The role involves performing general maintenance tasks, assisting with HVAC/R and plumbing repairs, and ensuring safety procedures are followed. Candidates must have a high school diploma and relevant experience in building maintenance. This position does not provide visa sponsorship, and applicants must be authorized to work in the US.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license.
• Minimum of one year of applicable working experience in maintenance.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs. and use ladders up to 30 ft.

• Assist in HVAC/R maintenance and minor plumbing repairs.
