Incentive Earnings: Earn 35% of your service labor sales. When your incentive exceeds your base guarantee, you'll receive the higher incentive pay. ASE Certification in Medium/Heavy Truck Preferred But Not Required - Commercial Trailer Body Repair A Plus.

About the Role

As a Mobile Maintenance Technician, you will be the go-to expert for on-road services at our Commercial Truck & Tire Centers, ensuring customer satisfaction through technical expertise and attentive service.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative and light maintenance on commercial vehicles, focusing on wheel end work, brakes, air systems, and more.
• Provide specialized tire services, including mounting, dismounting, and repairs.
• Uphold safety and liability policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with a motivated team to meet organizational goals and deadlines.
• Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.

Basic Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 21 years of age.
• One year of previous commercial truck or light mechanical service experience.
• Valid driver's license for the required vehicle type and ability to meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
