Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician in Paducah, KY to support operation, troubleshooting, diagnostics and repairs for commercial buildings and industrial systems. You will service equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to emergencies while ensuring safety and compliance.
The role requires hands-on maintenance across building systems, painting, carpentry, and grounds equipment, with proficiency in modern tech and building automation.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

The compensation for the position is: $17.00 - $20.00
