Job summary

Vellum Health is seeking a Mobile Infusion RN in Bay City, Texas. This role focuses on providing infusion therapy and blood transfusion services across multiple skilled nursing and rehab facilities. Candidates should be available at least one day a week with daytime hours only.

Applicants must have an active Texas RN license and preferably have ER or ICU experience. The position offers competitive pay per infusion and will provide all necessary supplies and documentation tools.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Texas RN license.
• ER or ICU experience strongly preferred.
• 1+ year IV or infusion experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle necessary.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV medications and specialty infusions.
• Perform blood transfusions after ACLS training.
• Monitor patient responses and manage reactions.
• Complete documentation using a mobile web platform.
• Support patient and facility nursing staff education.

Skills

Active Texas RN license

ER or ICU experience

1+ year IV or infusion experience

BLS certification

ACLS certification (preferred)
