Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Infusion experience required.
• IV infusion experience preferred (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Provide IV therapies in pharmacy suites or patient homes.
• Review orders and administer parenteral medications per treatment plan.
• Assess health status and detect changes requiring intervention.
• Document all activities accurately in EMR and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Establish IV access and administer medications safely (oral, IM, SQ, IV).
• Counsel patients and families on treatment care and manage side effects.
