Job summary

Lap of Love is seeking an in-home, Associate Veterinarian to join our mobile hospice practice in Queens, Brooklyn, Crown Heights and surrounding areas of NY. You will deliver compassionate hospice and euthanasia care in clients' homes, embracing a flexible schedule that respects work-life balance.

We offer onboarding with mentors, a supportive team, and opportunities for professional development while you maintain independence and meaningful client relationships.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license required.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Background and motor vehicle record check will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home veterinary hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families.
• Deliver compassionate medical care in clients' homes.
• Collaborate with Lap of Love mentors and onboarding team to support practice growth.
