Job summary

Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is seeking an In-Home Associate Veterinarian to serve Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater and nearby WA communities. This mobile role provides hospice and euthanasia care in clients' homes, balancing clinical skills with compassionate, family-centered support.

You'll join a community of veterinarians with mentorship and a culture of kindness. Roles offer 3-5 day weeks with starting base salaries of $85,000 (4-day) or $100,000 (5-day), plus bonus opportunities and robust

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree and licensure eligibility.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia veterinary care to pets and families.
• Deliver compassionate, client-focused medical services in clients' homes across Olympia and surrounding areas.
• Support families during difficult moments with clear communication and empathy.
• Collaborate with Lap of Love mentors and practice managers to maintain high-quality care.
