Job summary

Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is seeking an In-Home Associate Veterinarian to serve Jersey City and surrounding areas in a flexible mobile role. You will deliver hospice and euthanasia care in clients' homes while preserving the heart of veterinary medicine and your personal balance.

As part of a veterinarian-founded organization, you’ll receive mentorship, training, and a supportive leadership network. A defined base salary, bonus opportunities, and comprehensive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) degree required.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Availability to work some weekends and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families.
• Operate as a mobile veterinarian delivering care in clients’ homes.
• Work within Lap of Love’s supportive mentorship and onboarding framework.
