Job summary

Svetness connects qualified independent fitness professionals with clients seeking in-person, personalized fitness services in their local communities. This is a mobile, in-person training opportunity, with sessions at client homes, community centers, private offices, parks, or other agreed locations.

You decide which client opportunities to accept, and maintain your own schedule and business approach. You are an independent contractor, not an employee, retaining control over service areas,

Qualifications

• Recognized Personal Training Certification or other qualifying fitness credential accepted for the applicable service
• Current CPR/AED certification where applicable
• Professional fitness knowledge and experience
• Strong communication and client-service skills
• Ability and willingness to travel to client locations you choose to accept
• Successful completion of credential and background-screening requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized personal training services.
• Design training programs based on your professional judgment and the client's goals, needs, preferences, and applicable safety considerations.
• Coordinate session times directly with accepted clients.
• Provide services safely, professionally, and within the scope of your qualifications and credentials.
• Maintain required certifications and credentials.
• Provide or use professional exercise equipment you determine appropriate for the accepted engagement, except where equipment is available at the client’s location.
• Complete necessary platform records for scheduling, completed-session verification, billing, communication, safety or incident reporting, and other administrative purposes.
