Svetness offers mobile, in-person personal training engagements with clients in their homes, offices, parks, or community facilities. Independent contractors set their service areas, travel preferences, and available times, choosing opportunities that fit their schedule and client needs.

You remain responsible for safe, customized programming, maintaining credentials, and coordinating directly with clients. This role emphasizes independence, professionalism, and client-focused service.

Qualifications

• Recognized personal training certification or other qualifying fitness credential.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Professional fitness knowledge and experience.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations you choose to accept.
• Ability to safely provide personal training services.
• Successful completion of credential and background-screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized personal training services.
• Design training programs based on your professional judgment and the client's goals, needs, preferences, and applicable safety considerations.
• Coordinate session times directly with accepted clients.
• Provide services safely, professionally, and within the scope of your qualifications and credentials.
• Maintain required certifications and credentials.
• Provide or use professional exercise equipment you determine appropriate for the accepted engagement, except where equipment is available at the client’s location or specific equipment arrangements are agreed upon for that engagement.
• Complete necessary platform records for scheduling, completed-session verification, billing, communication, safety or incident reporting, and other administrative purposes.
• Provide additional client-specific services only when those services are disclosed as part of the opportunity and accepted as part of the engagement.
