Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks an Occupational Therapist for full-time, in-home outpatient services across NJ. You’ll assess and treat older adults in their homes or living facilities, lead therapy sessions, and adapt plans with caregivers to maximize function and independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Initial NBCOT registration/credentialing.
• Valid OT license for the state of practice.
• Valid driver's license or reliable, independent transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in-home for older adults.
• Supervise OT Assistants and students per licensure and standards.
• Adhere to schedules, document clinical and billing records timely.
• Evaluate patients, plan care, and adjust goals with caregivers.
• Promote safety, coordinate with rehab team, and manage equipment.
