Qualifications

• Comfortable with tools for hands-on repairs.
• Able to speak professionally with customers and earn their trust.
• Experience in hydraulic, mechanical, automotive, industrial, or construction fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site hydraulic hose replacement and repairs at customer locations.
• Operate and maintain a mobile service vehicle as a rolling workshop.
• Diagnose issues, fabricate hoses, and complete repairs with accuracy and safety.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build rapport.
• Identify opportunities for additional products/services and help customers prevent future breakdowns.
