CBRE Building Engineer in Albuquerque, NM, will monitor, maintain and repair building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and safety equipment. The role covers multiple client sites with a company vehicle provided and requires no on-call or overtime.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED with 4–5 years of related experience, plus Universal CFC certification. Proficiency in MS Office and strong analytical skills are expected.
As a CBRE Building Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and repairing building system operations and the performance of various areas including plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
This role will be Mobile in Albuquerque and surrounding areas. (Maximum drive to furthest location could be approx. 3 hours); this role is supporting one of our clients in the shipping industry.
The hours are Monday - Friday 7:00 - 3:30 with no on call or over time required.
This person will work on all building maintenance and repair, HVAC and if you have experience with roll up door and/ or dock levelers and Ice machine repairs would be helpful.
(Company Vehicle, Tools, phone, tablet, Uniforms, PPE all provided - Must be able to successfully complete a Background check, Drug screen - including Marijuana and a Motor Vehicle Check)
