ManpowerGroup is seeking an HVAC Technician to support client sites across Rockville, MD. The role requires a strong HVAC/R background, hands-on mechanical and electrical aptitude, and accurate record-keeping while responding to work orders promptly.

The position offers temp-to-hire potential, standard business hours with on-call availability, and opportunities to operate as a mobile engineer across Rockville and surrounding areas.

Formación

• Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering with strong HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair/maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration.
• Valid state driver’s license and availability for call-in work and other duties as required.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment and systems to support efficient operations and life expectancy.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair work orders on facility systems and components.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment with focus on HVAC/R while supporting multi-trade needs.
• Conduct facility inspections and document conditions impacting occupancy and operations.
• Update work orders in CMMS (Corrigo) and submit receipts daily.
