Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA license/certification required (Universal EPA preferred).
• Experience as a building engineer or mobile maintenance preferred.
• Driver's license with good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety and control systems to meet standards.
• Review work orders and estimate time/materials; maintain supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and address emergencies.
• Inspect fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing to ensure operations meet design specs and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all codes, regulations and safety policies.
