Job summary

Heartstrings Pet Hospice delivers compassionate end-of-life care and in-home euthanasia to families across New York's Westchester area. Veterinarians practice on the road, spending meaningful time with pets and families in their homes.

We offer a flexible schedule (2–5 days/week), a guaranteed base salary with generous quarterly bonuses, comprehensive benefits and no non-compete. Training and mentorship are a focus from day one.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS required.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Practice independently on the road delivering compassionate end-of-life care in homes.
• Provide in-home euthanasia with dignity and supportive guidance to families.
• Ensure safety, license verification and compliance before start date.
