Job summary

Heartstrings Pet Hospice, in-home euthanasia and end-of-life care, is seeking compassionate veterinarians to provide dedicated care in families' homes across Oklahoma. You will be able to practice medicine at the pace it deserves, meeting families on their terms and honoring each pet's story with dignity.

The role offers a mobile practice schedule, generous base pay, and mentorship from experienced colleagues, with weekend scheduling options and a supportive team backing you up.

Qualifications

• DVM required; license verification will be completed before start date.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License required.
• Weekends on your terms: flexible scheduling to fit family life.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home hospice and end-of-life care to pets and support families during difficult moments.
• Conduct compassionate, on-site visits with families in their homes.
• Communicate clearly with families, answer questions, and explain options for palliative and end-of-life care.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship and collaborate with the team.
