Responsibilities

  • Assist with rent collection, fee payments, and transaction entries in Rent Manager.
  • Prepare bank deposits and reconcile resident accounts.
  • Support communication with residents regarding outstanding balances.
  • Process and file invoices with accurate coding.
  • Respond to resident questions and service requests promptly and professionally.
  • Enforce community policies in line with standards.
  • Promote a friendly, welcoming community environment.
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance and vendor services.
  • Inspect common areas and vacant homes for cleanliness and readiness.
  • Assist in marketing by posting listings and maintaining signage.
  • Track and record home sales information.

Job Summary

The Mobile Home Community Associate supports the Community Manager with the daily operations of the community, assisting in administrative tasks, resident relations, property upkeep coordination, and sales support. This role helps maintain resident satisfaction, ensures community standards, and provides excellent customer service while following company policies and procedures.

Mobile Home Community Associate Responsibilities
Administrative Support
  • Assist with rent collection, fee payments, and transaction entries in Rent Manager.
  • Help prepare bank deposits and reconcile resident accounts.

Resident Relations & Customer Service

  • Provide tours of available homes to prospective residents when the Community Manager is unavailable.
  • Assist in marketing efforts by posting listings, updating flyers, and maintaining signage.
  • Help track and record home sales information.
Compliance & Safety
  • Follow company procedures and policies to ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws.
  • Report any safety concerns, hazards, or violations to the Community Manager.
