Job summary

Yellowhouse Machinery is seeking John Deere Field Service Technicians for our Sand Springs, OK location. You will diagnose and repair equipment in the field, travel to customer sites, and work with a mobile service vehicle.

Qualifications include a CDL, strong diagnostic skills for electrical, hydraulics, and powertrains, and excellent customer service. A clean driving record and willingness to train are required.

Qualifications

• CDL is required.
• Basic computer skills to use service and parts support programs.
• Ability to maintain and create accurate service reports.
• Must have a clean driving record to operate company vehicles.
• Advanced knowledge of troubleshooting electrical, hydraulics and powertrain components.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to participate in company-paid training.
• Must possess personal hand and pneumatic tools for diagnostic, service and repair of heavy equipment.
• Self-driven and organized, able to perform independently.
• Must pass a physical drug screen and possess a driver\'s license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair John Deere construction and forestry equipment in the field.
• Rebuild or replace powertrain and hydraulic components (engines, transmissions, axles, valves, pumps).
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor on duty and at job sites.
• Promote and adhere to company policy with a team mentality.
• Provide service solutions and maintain customer service standards.
• Follow safety compliance per policy and customer requirements.
• Maintain a clean work environment and care for company vehicle and tools.
• Collaborate with Service, Sales and Parts teams.
• Ensure company reputation aligns with core values.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
