Job summary

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Hearing Instrument Specialist to provide care across Northwest Michigan in long-term care and skilled nursing settings. This field-based role partners with the clinical care team to deliver essential hearing services to seniors in a supported environment.

You’ll work 2–3 days per week, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with no nights or weekends. You’ll perform evaluations, fit and adjust instruments, educate patients and staff, and coordinate care with facilities,

Qualifications

• Experience with geriatric populations preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a mobile, multi-location setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform hearing evaluations and assessments within your scope of practice.
• Assess patients for hearing loss and determine instrument needs.
• Fit, program, and adjust hearing instruments.
• Educate patients and facility staff on device use and care.
• Coordinate with facility staff to ensure consistent patient care.
• Deliver high-quality hearing care across locations.
