GYMGUYZ Williamsburg is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead safe, high-energy sessions delivered in homes, offices, parks, and community spaces. You’ll design engaging classes suitable for all levels and motivate clients toward their goals.

This role offers a flexible schedule, part-time to full-time, with growth opportunities into leadership roles. Certifications (AFAA/ACE/NASM or equivalent) and CPR/AED are required, and reliable transportation helps you reach clients across the network.

Qualifications

• Certified Group Fitness Instructor (AFAA, ACE, NASM, or equivalent).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 1+ year experience leading group classes or small-group training.
• Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
• Understanding of exercise science, safety, and form correction.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Positive energy and passion for helping people reach their goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, high-energy group fitness sessions for diverse participants.
• Design engaging classes adaptable for all levels.
• Motivate clients with energy, coaching, and positive reinforcement.
