Job summary

Callaway Golf is seeking a dynamic team member to support tour trailer operations, fittings, and customer service across events. The role involves building and adjusting golf clubs to player specifications, coordinating with sales staff, and ensuring high-quality service at events.

A background in the golf industry and a valid driver’s license are essential. Travel and extended time on the road are required, with focus on delivering top-tier fittings and maintaining the gear trailer.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
2 years of experience in fitting or building golf equipment.
Experience towing a trailer preferred.
Must maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance to drive a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

Execute strategic fitting events and provide performance fitting evaluations and club builds.
Partner with Outside Sales Representatives to ensure customer service through inventory management.
Support HQ sales initiatives, including product releases and sales incentives.
Stay informed about new product attributes to ensure knowledgeable customer interactions.
Gather club specifications from customers and staffers.
Build golf clubs to player order specifications and perform fittings.
