Job summary

Strategic Resilience Group seeks a licensed dentist to operate a VA mobile dental clinic in White River Junction, VT, with regional travel. You will provide comprehensive exams, create treatment plans, and deliver phased care to adult Veterans according to licensure.

Responsibilities include supervision of hygienists, handling eligibility determinations, and maintaining VA EHR documentation. Requires VT license, NBDE, DDS/DMD, and ability to obtain VA NPI/DEA; travel may be extensive.

Qualifications

DDS/DMD from ADA/CODA-accredited dental school.
NBDE completed.
Current VT dental license in good standing.
Minimum 3 years of full-time clinical dentistry experience.
BLS or CPR certification (AHA-approved).
Valid, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license; ability to operate a mobile dental clinic.
Ability to complete VA credentialing, privileging, background checks and medical screening.
Eligibility to obtain VA NPI and DEA registration.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for adult Veterans.
Deliver phased dental care including preventive, restorative, oral surgery, endodontic, prosthodontic, periodontal, and maintenance services within licensure scope.
Treat acute dental conditions and manage postoperative care.
Supervise dental hygienists and assistants per state regulations.
Verify dental eligibility and render VA determinations per regulations.
Document care in VA EHR on treatment day.
Participate in peer reviews, quality assurance, and VA evaluations (FPPE/OPPE).
Operate and drive a VA mobile dental clinic in compliance with VA directives.
