Job summary

GridHawk LLC is seeking a Leak Survey Technician to operate mainly in the field around Saint Joseph, MO. You will detect gas leaks, locate origins, and record data while complying with safety and workflow requirements.

Role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, clean background, and DOT pre-employment drug screening. Expect weather exposure, long days, and on-road work with company vehicles and gear.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED certificate (Required)
• Valid driver’s license (Required)
• No more than 3 moving violations within a rolling 5 year period (Required)
• Satisfactory background screening (Required)
• Negative DOT pre-employment drug screen (Required)

Responsibilities

• Accurately detect and classify gas leaks while inspecting designated areas
• Locate and accurately assess the origin of damage and gas leaks
• Record and process effective data
• Paperwork, notifications, etc.
• Utilize tools in order to effectively complete job tasks
• Use of prints, maps, and past records
• Utilize locating tools, technology, and equipment
• Effective communication with Project Management
• Daily check ins
• Completed reports
• Target completion
