Job summary

Maybury is a Crown forklift dealer looking to add to our team of outstanding Road Service Technicians throughout Connecticut to support our ongoing growth. In this position, you will receive a company vehicle and travel right from your home to our warehousing, distribution, and manufacturing customers to maintain and repair forklifts.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as an auto or diesel mechanic; or similar experience doing maintenance and repair on industrial equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as electrical wiring/hydraulic schematics and procedure manuals.
• Intermediate Windows, email, and internet skills as well as great customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and good driving history is required. Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Travel from home to customer sites to maintain and repair forklifts.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on forklifts and related equipment.
• Work with OEMs during on-site training and installations.
• Adhere to safety policies and document service activities.
