Drive the Uptime that Keeps Goods MovingFor nearly a century, LiftOne, a Weisiger Group company, has powered the supply chain with service built on trust, integrity, and consistent results. As we near our 100th anniversary, we’re growing our field team with a Mobile Forklift Service Technician who thrives on independence, hands-on work, and customer relationships.A Day on the RoadYou start your day in a fully equipped service vehicle, reviewing your schedule on the company-provided tablet. First stop: a warehouse where an electric forklift is down. You diagnose the fault, repair it, and walk the customer through what you found—clearly and professionally. The next call is a scheduled PM where you perform safety inspections and maintenance on LP and diesel units, documenting everything in our work order management system. Throughout the day, you manage your parts inventory, keep your vehicle organized, and represent LiftOne with pride at every site. What You’ll HandleOn-site diagnosis and repair of forklifts and other material handling equipment across gas, diesel, LP, and electric powertrainsPreventative maintenance services, safety checks, and inspections to keep fleets operating reliablyAccurate documentation and customer communication using a computerized work order management platform (ServiceMax experience is a plus)Care of your assigned service vehicle, tools, and parts inventoryProfessional, safety-first service that reflects LiftOne’s standardsWhat Sets You Up for Success2+ years in material handling, or related experience in automotive, diesel, military, or heavy equipment mechanicsProven troubleshooting across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems; engine and diagnostics know-how valuedComfort working independently in the field with local travelValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordCustomer-focused communicator with a positive, can-do attitudeCommitment to safety protocols—yours, ours, and our customers’Training and ToolsComprehensive factory and OEM training to deepen your expertiseCompany service vehicle, gas card, and uniforms (for field roles)Company-issued tablet and phone to streamline your dayCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive pay based on experienceMedical, dental, and vision coverageHSA and FSA optionsAccess to chiropractic and physical therapy visits through insurance enrollment (subject to plan eligibility and limitations)401(k) with company matchCompany-paid life insurance and short/long-term disabilityPaid time off, holidays, and personal leaveCareer growth opportunities across the Weisiger Group family of companiesFamily-oriented culture with nearly a century of stabilityJoin Our LegacyIf you’re ready to elevate your mechanical career in a role where independence meets impact, LiftOne is ready to invest in you.
