Job summary

Push & Pull Auto Body is expanding and actively hiring a Mobile Fleet Technician to perform on-site repairs for commercial trucks and trailers. This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay, uncapped overtime, and a monthly repair commission plan that rewards productivity and quality workmanship.

You will diagnose and repair diesel engines, brakes, suspension, electrical systems, and more in the field, while maintaining DOT and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of diesel and/or trailer repair experience.
• Mobile repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on commercial fleet trucks and trailers.
• Service trailer components including brakes, suspension, lighting, air systems, and electrical.
• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, emissions systems, cooling systems, exhaust, DEF systems, and drivetrain components.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure DOT and safety compliance.
• Communicate clearly with customers on-site.
• Operate and maintain a fully equipped mobile service vehicle.
• Accurately document services performed using logs or mobile app.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, efficiency, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on commercial fleet trucks and trailers
• Service trailer components including brakes, suspension, landing gear, air lines, electrical systems, and light body repair
• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, emissions systems, cooling systems, exhaust, DEF systems, and drivetrain components
• Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure DOT and safety compliance
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers on-site
• Operate and maintain a fully equipped mobile service truck
• Accurately document services performed using mobile or written logs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, efficiency, and safety

Qualifications

• 4 or more years of diesel and or trailer repair experience; mobile repair experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of truck and trailer systems including brakes, suspension, lighting, air systems, and electrical
• Ability to independently diagnose and complete repairs in the field
• Strong customer service skills and clear communication
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL is a plus
• Self-motivated and able to manage daily workload independently

Compensation And Benefits

• Pay $28 to $37 per hour based on experience
• 5 percent monthly commission on total repairs completed
• No cap on overtime
• Monday through Friday schedule with consistent hours
