Job summary

Get Spiffy, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Automotive Mechanic to join the fleet service team. The role involves working independently across multiple locations, performing diagnostics, maintenance and repairs on fleet vehicles.

The position offers autonomy, a guaranteed hourly pay (not flat rate) between $40 and $45 per hour, paid drive time, a company-provided service vehicle, full benefits (medical, dental, vision), PTO and sick time, and stable, full-time hours with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Automotive Mechanic with strong vehicle systems knowledge.
• Familiarity with diagnostic and repair manuals such as ProDemand.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical issues.
• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, electrical and HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, fluid replacements.
• Use diagnostic tools to analyze malfunctions and determine repair methods.
• Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and time required.
