Job summary

Sonsray Inc. is seeking a Field Technician to perform mobile service and PM on CASE agricultural machinery in Thatcher, AZ. You will work in the field and shop environments, ensuring high-quality maintenance and repairs to equipment and engines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of mechanical experience in construction or agricultural equipment service.
• Proven experience diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills for service documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct structural repairs, including welding, in compliance with manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues on equipment.
• Work independently in the field with minimal or no supervision.
• Follow OEM guidelines for repairs and maintenance.
• Safely and properly use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and electric tools.
• Document all work performed accurately using basic computer programs and service software.
• Comply with all Auto and Equipment Safety rules and regulations during work assignments.
• Operate company vehicles safely, adhering to road signs, vehicle limits, and weather conditions.
• Walk, bend, carry, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs as required to complete work tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support dealership objectives.
