Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is seeking an EZGO Field Service Technician in Bluffton, SC to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and gasoline golf cars and turf vehicles in the field. You will also perform deliveries, set-ups, and maintain records for work orders and parts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 2+ years of mechanical experience, preferably servicing golf cars.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to comply with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and gasoline golf cars, industrial and turf vehicles in the field.
• Perform product deliveries, retrievals, and set-ups to maintain service continuity.
• Produce accurate, timely information for work orders, parts orders, and timesheets.
• Communicate sales leads and customer feedback to the service manager or designated sales professional.
• Manage and maintain all assigned company equipment, inventory, and tools.
• Maintain assigned company vehicle and trailer cleanliness and preventative maintenance.
• Comply with all state and local laws while operating company vehicle.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned by management.
