This long-term contract role involves driving to customer locations to repair and troubleshoot computers and peripherals, primarily Dell products. Candidates must possess an A+ Certification and have experience in break/fix scenarios. Commitment to quality service and a professional demeanor are essential. Mileage reimbursement and biweekly pay are provided.

Qualifications

• A+ Certification is mandatory (Training/expired status is also accepted).
• Previous experience with Dell products is a plus.
• Good experience working on Laptops and desktops is mandatory.
• Good experience on Break/Fix is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive to various customer locations for repairs and troubleshooting.
• Visit business offices and homes to repair computers and printers.
• Use personal car for travel to provide service.
• Work primarily with Dell products.
