FAR Inspections is actively seeking a reliable independent contractor to perform residential mortgage inspections in Sweetwater County, Wyoming and surrounding communities. You will work on a flexible schedule with autonomy over routing and territory to earn per inspection.

This is a 1099 opportunity with pay designed around inspections and throughput. Inspections are brief exterior checks; you will capture photos, report findings via mobile apps, and maintain territory coverage with deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must provide own equipment: reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle, smartphone capable of running mobile reporting apps, computer with internet, and printer.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.
• Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines without direct supervision.
