Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Mobile Examiner to provide field coverage and ensure that mobile exams are completed accurately and on time. You will perform phlebotomy tasks, collect specimens, take vitals, collect histories, and document results in our systems while maintaining a safe and professional environment for applicants, clients and staff.

Under the direction of the Branch Manager or Field Leader, you may also coach and mentor new employees who have completed the phlebotomy

Qualifications

• Minimum 100 documented successful blood draws.
• Minimum 1 year phlebotomy experience; pediatric/geriatric patients a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect and process specimens accurately and on time.
• Perform in center and mobile exams, including vitals, histories, venipuncture, urine, and EKG.
• Prepare paperwork and maintain logs.
• Ensure safe transport of specimens and maintain records.
• Provide customer service to clients.
• Follow Examiner's Manual and QA procedures.
• Assist in mentoring new staff.
