Epika Fleet Services, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Field Equipment Mechanic to join our on-the-road service team. You will diagnose and repair construction, aerial, and dirt equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision, delivering top-tier service wherever the job takes you.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of field tech experience, strong mechanical skills across engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems, and own a tool set. A valid driver's license and safe-driving record are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technician experience repairing and maintaining construction equipment.
• Strong mechanical background across engines, hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Experience using diagnostic tools and understanding schematics/diagrams.
• Owns tools applicable to the position and maintains them.
• Pass a background check, drug test, and DOT physical; valid MVR.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
• Travel to job sites to service equipment with limited supervision.
• Diagnose and resolve field issues using independent judgment.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify problems and troubleshoot.
• Complete service documentation and order parts as needed.
• Provide safe, superior customer service on every job.
