Job summary

GYMGUYZ brings fitness directly to homes, offices, and organizations. This Mobile Female Exercise Specialist role offers flexible scheduling from part-time to full-time with competitive pay and performance bonuses.

You will design customized programs, utilize Mindbody/Trainerize, and grow within a nationwide fitness network. You’ll work with clients who want convenient, door-to-door coaching, enjoy a supportive team, and have access to onboarding and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Certification in personal training required.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Willing to travel between sessions.
• Experience with Mindbody/Trainerize preferred.

What You Bring

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
• Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
