GYMGUYZ is hiring a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver high-energy, in-home and on-site sessions. You will design personalized programs, reassess progress, and manage a flexible schedule that adapts to client needs.

Certified trainers with CPR/AED and strong communication excel in our mobile training model. Growth opportunities exist within a nationwide network, with onboarding and ongoing development supported by the franchise.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized PT certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.) is required.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions.
• Proficiency with mobile/web apps (Mindbody, Trainerize) to manage sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Manage your schedule effectively.
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins.
