Job summary

AOIA is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join a mobile clinic serving an underserved population in Monterey County, CA. The role offers part-time options with 4–8 hour shifts and a base salary of $300,000 plus a $50,000 recruitment incentive, plus relocation assistance.

Join an established team including a nurse practitioner and support staff; Spanish bilingual proficiency is required. Comprehensive benefits, tail coverage, PTO, and CME allowances are included.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required to treat an underserved population.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine is required or expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care in a mobile clinic setting.
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners, medical assistants and care coordinators.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of underserved patients.
