Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems - A Chimes Company is seeking a Family-Based Clinician to provide high-quality mobile therapy to children, adolescents, and families in their homes and communities. You will lead clinical services, supervise counselors, and apply evidence-based family therapy within a mission-driven setting.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, comprehensive treatment planning, collaboration with families, and ensuring compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a clinical discipline (e.g., Clinical or Counseling Psychology, Clinical Social Work, Human Services).
• Two semesters of formal, supervised clinical practicum during graduate training.
• 2+ years of behavioral health experience working with children and adolescents.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and family therapy with a clinically appropriate balance between modalities.
• Provide mobile therapy services in clients' homes and community settings.
• Deliver crisis assessment and psychological stabilization as needed.
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families.
• Supervise and mentor Family Based Counselor team members when applicable.
• Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and coordinate care across systems.
