The role emphasizes clinical leadership, collaboration with families, and coordination of care within a Joint Commission-accredited system across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a clinical discipline.
• Two semesters of supervised clinical practicum during graduate training.
• 2+ years of behavioral health experience with children and adolescents.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile therapy in clients' homes and community settings.
• Lead clinical services and supervise counselors.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with families.
• Coordinate care across multiple systems to support family success.
• Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and communicate with payers.
