Job summary

A facilities management company is seeking a Mobile Engineer to provide preventive maintenance and repairs on various systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include ensuring systems operate efficiently and managing work orders. The candidate should possess basic skills in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, along with strong organizational abilities. A valid Driver’s License is required for this role.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on systems and equipment.
• Assist installation and modification of building systems.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and regulations.
