Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems for the facility.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time and materials; manage completion.
• Support energy management to ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Operate company vehicle in daily duties.
