Job summary

OSL Retail Services is seeking a Mobile Expert to deliver personalized wireless solutions and outstanding customer experiences in-store. The role offers a competitive base pay with an uncapped commission structure, potentially totaling up to $40K-$50K per year and more based on performance, with $16/hour base pay and uncapped commission.

You will process activations and upgrades, sell devices and accessories, merchandise and manage inventory, and work toward sales goals as both an individual

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills with a high-energy, positive attitude.
• Fundamental working knowledge of wireless technology and trends.
• Full-time flexible availability.
• Solid sales or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver five-star customer service, finding the perfect solutions for every customer.
• Process activations, upgrades, and sales of wireless devices and accessories.
• Merchandise and handle inventory, opening and closing the store.
