You will drive sales, handle activations and upgrades, and contribute to inventory and merchandising efforts in a dynamic retail environment. Ideal candidates are 18+ with strong customer service, sales experience, and an interest in wireless technology.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Solid sales or retail experience preferred.
• Fundamental working knowledge of wireless technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver five-star customer service and find the best solutions for each customer.
• Process activations, upgrades, and sales of wireless devices and accessories.
• Merchandise and manage inventory, including opening and closing the store.
