T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Expert to join our Retail Team of Experts. You will engage customers, demonstrate devices, and drive sales while delivering an outstanding in-store experience.

This role requires a high school diploma, up to 2 years of customer service or sales experience in a Retail environment, and fluency in English and Spanish. You’ll work on the floor, use digital tools, and help customers discover the best wireless solutions.

• 0–2 years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in a Retail environment.

Education and Work Experience

• Less than 2 years 30 days T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience (Preferred)
• Less than 2 years 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (Preferred)

Hourly Base Pay: $21.50

Annualized Incentive Target: $18,000

Successful candidate’s actual incentive earnings vary based on performance and full-time status. All employees at T-Mobile, are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
