Job summary

At T-Mobile USA, Inc. Mobile Experts work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in a fast-paced store environment in Monticello, Indiana. They build relationships, educate customers on devices and services, and meet sales and customer-experience targets with enthusiasm and integrity.

They leverage digital tools on the floor, complete in-store training, and partner across teams to deliver best-in-class service and outcomes for every guest.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a Retail environment preferred.
• 30 days T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serving and selling to customers, providing a best in class customer experience and building loyalty.
• Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Completes training on in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources.
