Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: 30 days T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience.
• Preferred: 6 months customer service or sales in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve and sell to customers, delivering best-in-class experience and building loyalty.
• Leverage digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Complete training on in-store experience, new skills, and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources.
• Maximize time on shift by learning about wireless innovations and products.

Mobile Experts (ME) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They live and breathe T-Mobile! Job Responsibilities

• Serving and selling to our customers, while providing a best in class customer experience and building loyalty
• Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding
• Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources
• Makes the most of their time on shift, consistently seeking out information between customers, learning about innovations in wireless and technology
• Partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service

Hourly Base Pay: $18.00Annualized Incentive Target: $18,000

Successful candidate’s actual incentive earnings vary based on performance and full-time status. All employees at T-Mobile, are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
