Job summary

Arcosa Aggregates Texas LLC is seeking a Mobile Equipment Operator for our Waco, Texas Plant. You will support a strong safety culture in a mining environment and operate multiple pieces of mobile equipment.

Requirements include at least 2 years of related experience and a high school diploma or GED, with a positive, team-based attitude. MSHA training is provided and there are opportunities for growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Positive, team-based attitude and reliability.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Proficiently operate at least 3 pieces of mobile equipment in a mining environment.
• Promote safety awareness and continuous improvement.
• Perform daily pre-shift equipment and workplace inspections.
• Maintain strong communications with other plant employees and operators.
• Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned.
